For our opening we decided to use a beach as our main location of the thriller. It will be used when we film the antogonist washing the blood off of themselves. The idea was inspired by Cape fear by using the idea of the waves at the start as the audience doesnt know what is underneath. We also thought that it would be a good setting as the audience can relate to a beach and the area itself is quite eerie and secluded.
The beach itself is in Aldbrough in Suffolk as we wanted a quiet beach so that we wouldnt be interuppted while filming.
Some things we need to think about while filming here are the lighting, the weather and also the tide.
We also need to get confirmation on the restaurant we will be filming in as we would need it when it is quiet as we dont want to disrupt the restaurants customers.
